Today I am very happy because we finished of resin figues casting test. The test was conducted in preparation for the project Great Battles. The figures are created as a testing models within the polymer materials test. Then we molded and casted in resin. The test was successful. Castings are completely clean and free of bubbles.Castings have only a minimal (almost unnoticeable) molding lines, and only somewhere. In most places of the models, mold lines are not at all obvious. Small burrs can be removed without tools, simply drag of fingertips.
Dnes mám velikou radost, protože jsme dokončili testování odlévání resinových figurek. Test probíhal v rámci příprav na projekt Great Battles. Figurky, které jsme v rámci testu polymerových hmot vytvořili jako zkušební testovací modely, jsme zaformovali a odlili z resinu. Test proběhl úspěšně. Odlitky jsou naprosto čisté a bez bublinek. Mají jen minimální, téměř neznatelné formovací linky, a to pouze někde. Většinou nejsou linky vůbec patrné. Drobné otřepy lze odstranit bez nástrojů, pouhým přetřením bříšky prstů.¨
We still have to refine and improve the system of casting canals, but basically everything is ready for production. The technology is created and in September / October, you can enjoy an amazing ride with the first project. The creation and preparation you will be able to watch from beginning to end.
Ještě budeme dolaďovat a vylepšovat systém licích kanálků, ale v podstatě je vše připraveno k výrobě. Technologie je vytvořena a v září/říjnu se můžete těšit na úžasnou jízdu s prvním projektem, u jehož tvorby a přípravy budete od začátku až do konce.
It's great news, because by this test we have on a large piece closer to Great Battles project, and the Arkhareon project (Realms of Kenakarra Rose) too. Arkhareon will have to wait a bit longer, but we are on the way. :)
Je to výborná zpráva, protože jsme se tímto testem opět o velký kus přiblížili jak projektu Great Battles, tak i k projektu Arkhareon (Realms of Kenakarra Rose). Arkhareon bude muset ale ještě chvíli počkat, nicméně jsme na cestě. :)

Parts of the figures fit together seamlessly.
And these are just a test figures. Wait until we will introduce you the first battle scene :).

ReplyDeleteThanks. Mastery of casting (including a perfect fit of the resin parts) was an important step for both projects. I am delighted that we managed everything and still improving the technology. We created our own system of vacuum casting, which allows the casting of large number of pieces at once, which is important for keeping prices at a very interesting level. Coming soon (September / October) arrives on the scene a Great Battles Project, and behind him, slowly and carefully meanwhile, returns Arkhareon too. :)
